    Stop by our office at 530 S Kansas Liberal, KS to pick up an application. It is $30 per applicant. We prefer payments to be made with money orders, cashier checks, or personal checks. We do not accept cards or cash at this time.

  • 2. How do you handle property maintenance and repairs?

    We take a proactive approach to property maintenance. We conduct regular inspections and have a network of professional vendors for repairs when needed. Call our office if any maintenance repairs are needed and we will get the problem resolved.

  • 3. What is your tenant screening process like?

    Our tenant screening process is thorough and includes background checks, credit checks, rental history verification, and income verification. We adhere to fair housing laws and aim to secure responsible and reliable tenants for our properties.

  • 4. How do you handle rent collection?

    We accept money orders, cashier checks, or personal checks. We send rent reminders to tenants, enforce late fees for overdue payments, maintain detailed records, and ensure legal compliance with rent collection regulations. In cases of non-payment, we initiate the eviction process according to applicable laws. For after hours, we have a night drop box on the South side door.
