  • 1. How do I go about applying for rental?

    You will need to stop by our office at 530 S Kansas in Liberal to pick up an application. It is $30 per applicant and we prefer money order, cashier checks, or personal checks for any payments. We do not accept cards or cash. 

  • 2. How do you handle property maintenance and repairs?

    We take a proactive approach to property maintenance. We conduct regular inspections and have a network of professional vendors for repairs when needed. Just call our office if you need any maintenace repairs and we will get a work order done.

  • 3. What is your tenant screening process like?

    Our tenant screening process is thorough and includes background checks, credit checks, rental history verification, and income verification. We adhere to fair housing laws and aim to secure responsible and reliable tenants for our properties.

  • 4. How do you handle rent collection?

    We accept money orders, cashier checks, or personal checks. We send rent reminders to tenants, enforce late fees for overdue payments, maintain detailed records, and ensure legal compliance with rent collection regulations. In cases of non-payment, we initiate the eviction process according to applicable laws. We also have a night deposit box for after hours.
